Reports reaching KNO said that a joint team of army’s 22 RR, SOG and CRPF launched a cordon-and-search operation at Wodoora payeen area of Sopore. Police sources said that operation was launched following the inputs about the movement of suspected militants. Local sources said that contingents of forces have been deployed in the village and a door to door search operation is going on.
